What's A Jew To Do? The Jewish Response to the Rise of White Nationalism

  • Holocaust Memorial Center 28123 Orchard Lake Road Farmington Hills, MI, 48334 United States (map)

As Jews, we are painfully aware that antisemitism is on the rise. In 2017, our country saw a 57% spike in incidents motivated by anti-Jewish bias including physical assaults, vandalism and attacks on Jewish institutions according to the Anti-Defamation League.

In the face of such heinous acts, it can be easy to lose ourselves in fear, anger and sadness. But what if we could isolate and understand the ideologies driving these crimes? What if we could channel our emotions into actions that send a message of unwavering resilience while standing in solidarity with other marginalized groups and allies?

Join us for a moderated panel discussion on white nationalism, how Jews fit into this ideology and strategies for proactively responding as a community.

This program is free of charge, but please register by Wednesday, March 27th so we can provide adequate space and food.
