Join us Saturday morning for a restorative and calming Shabbat yoga class. This class will offer an opportunity to stretch and breathe, as we observe Shabbat through movement and meditation.
This class is suitable for all levels and is taught by yoga teacher, Emilie Kahn. Beginners and advanced practitioners are welcome. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring any accessories (pillows, blankets, etc.) that enable you to feel relaxed and content.
