Join us for a community yoga class dedicated to embodying the Passover holiday. We'll use traditional yoga poses to explore self compassion and creating spaces within constricted joints and muscles. Our flow will focus on the parts of our bodies that need to move freely for us to be healthy. Class will be led by yoga instructor Emilie Kahn.
Props for stretching will be provided but please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes.
