North End Sukkah School Havdallah: An Oral History Farm-To-Table

Inspired by the legacies and power of alternative educational movements, and rooted in the historical Black-Jewish connection to Detroit’s North End, Hazon Detroit, Oakland Avenue Farm, T’chiyah, and the Downtown Synagogue are joining together for a special night on the farm, filled with Sukkot-themed justice learning, bountiful food, narrative sharing, and celebratory Sukkot and havdallah ritual.
